Design Options
We settle on boat cover design by collaborating with you on your needs. Perhaps you need a zip–openable door
in your cover… we can do that! We can incorporate air scoops which permit better airflow under your cover. Or we can build you air scoops with Textilene brand synthetic fabric mesh panels which deter bees and wasps from building nests under your covers.
Large Yacht Covers
Large covers, or covers for large yachts, we recommend building in zip–together sections to facilitate removal and replacement. We offer a lifetime guarantee on zippers!
Other Fabric Options
For applications calling for the highest water resistance or mildew resistance, we can also fabricate boat covers using vinyl–coated fabrics such as Stamoid synthetic fabric, although these fabrics offer fewer color options than Sunbrella offers.
